SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF FIRST SMART RESIDENTIAL INTERACTIVE TV, IPTV AND e-GOVERNMENT ON TV PROJECT IN GREECE
ICTV Hellas SA, a fully owned subsidiary of PLUS market listed ChoiceXS Plc, successfully completed the first Interactive TV, IPTV and e-Government on TV application in Greece. The project was financed by the Prefecture of Western Macedonia in Greece through an open international competition and was implemented as part of a “smart city” programme. The first phase included 350 fiber optic connected houses in the area of “ZEP” in the Municipality of Kozani.Using the installed Interactive ChoiceXS platform, the residents of the ZEP area, enjoy access to advanced, exciting broadband services like IPTV, Video On Demand, Internet on TV, Internet Radio, Games on TV, e-Government on TV and Digital Library on TV, all via their home television sets and right into their living rooms. As a next step, ICTV Hellas S.A. and the Prefecture of Western Macedonia are planning to expand the coverage of the platform to embrace the majority of the residencies, schools and public authorities of the Municipality of Kozani.

VELLUM CONSULTANTS LIMITED
ChoiceXS announces that its 100% subsidiary ICTV has completed the acquisition of 40% of the issued share capital of Vellum Consultants Ltd (Vellum) for €300,000. The Directors believe that this acquisition will further enhance the previous cooperation of the two companies and expects to strengthen its services in the IT industry and its distribution channels. The acquisition is part of ChoiceXS’ expansion plan following the recent admission to PLUS markets (symbol: CXSP). The consideration for Vellum was paid in cash by ICTV.
Profile
Vellum was established in 1995, in Athens, Greece, by Mr. Yani Rovis as an independent management consulting firm specialized in Information Systems implementations. Mr. Rovis is an Electrical Engineer (ETH Zurich) and holds an MBA (IMD). Previously, he has worked as CEO and General Manager in the FMCG sector and as a partner at Andersen Consulting specializing in implementing Management Processes and Management Information Systems. Vellum has shown rapid growth during the last year. In 2008, it had total sales of €1,180,000 and multiplied its pretax and after tax profits substantially. Projections for 2009 are for revenues exceeding €1,2M and pretax profits over €40,000. Its customers are mainly major Greek and multinational private sector companies that need Information Systems implementation and operation services.

ICTV Hellas S.A., subsidiary of ChoiceXS Plc (PLUS: CXSP), successfully concluded two new hospitality projects in the United Kingdom (Seraphine Hotel, London) and in the United Arab Emirates (Mazoon Hotel Apartments, Dubai), increasing its presence in the respective markets. Both the UK and the Middle East markets are of strategic importance for the development of the activities of the company and the deployment of the above projects continues the successful expansion of ICTV globally. STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP
ICTV Hellas S.A. and Eurotel Hospitality S.A. have recently agreed to the terms and conditions and executed a strategic partnership agreement for the delivery of an integrated IT and Infotainment offering to the biggest hospitality establishment in Greece and Cyprus. The EUROTEL HOSPITALITY GROUP (EUROTEL HOSPITALITY S.A. and HOSPITALITY CYPRUS Ltd) is a dynamic IT Integrators group with focus in the Greece and Cyprus markets.
